If I remember...

If I remember…

that there is no way I can get this wrong,

no way for me to fall off ‘my path’

for it is a path I make by walking…

If I remember

that no one is testing me

for there are no criteria by which I fail

and that truly, "the world was made to be free in"...

If I remember

That all my experiences are seeded with the power

to help me refine the pure note

of my heart-body’s alignment

with the Heart-Body of All Things…

If I remember

that the full colour spectrum of all the feels

is found on the Divine Artist’s pallet

and that She is inviting me into

ecstasy in equal measure with misery…

If I remember

that ‘Love is always Loving me’

and Help is poised to be helpful

And I don’t have to do this all alone

In fact, I can’t and mustn’t…

If I remember

that I deserve my love and care

just as much as any ‘other’

and I must practice this daily, in all the small things…

If I remember

that the erotic power of Life Force energy

is aching to pour through my body as pleasure

for this is holy…

If I remember

that the moment of my birth

was divinely encoded by the stars from whence I came,

embedding in me the unique quest of my life

and gifts of my offering …

If I remember

that there is an organic movement

towards the fruition of this sacred design

whose tidal pull may well go undetected

If I remember

that Wholeness asks me to lean into my body

– trauma, pain and joy –

Honour the wisdom of contraction

Trust the intuitive discernment

Of my Yes and my No

and surrender everything else…
